What happends during the year...
Scheduled quarterly check-ups:
 

  • Detailed visual inspection and report

  • Garbage disposal maintenance to ensure it is functioning properly.

  • Replacement of air filters to maintain clean indoor air quality. Cleaning of vents to improve airflow and prevent blockages.

  • Inspection and charging or replacement of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.

  • Examination of electrical outlets and switches for any signs of damage or wear.

Annual home evaluation: 
 

  • Detailed visual inspection and report.

  • Oil and adjustment of garage door wheels and tracks for smooth operation. 

  • Inspection for leaks in plumbing fixtures and pipes.
